FITNESS

At H.O.P.E, fitness is designed to increase cardiovascular endurance as well as muscular strength.  We provide 40 minutes of a vigorous workout followed by 20 minutes of agility drills. The workout strengthens and shapes the client’s body while the agility drills showcase the client’s abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.

We provide motivation and encouragement to improve their overall fitness and health.  With a three day commitment: clients receive a fun, safe and healthy physical activity.  Clients will develop the knowledge and skills to improve their physical well-being. After parent group, our client’s parents are encouraged to workout in the training room during their session at HOPE.

H.O.P.E encourage clients to achieve their fullest potential and learn the value of staying active to meet or exceed their goals.
